RETURN POLICY

SATM Jewelry wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to allow you to exchange your jewelry within 7 business days of the receipt of your purchase. We will only accept the exchange if the item being returned is in new and re-saleable condition. Under the company terms, you may exchange the said purchase for another purchase or redeem a store credit. We advise that any exchanges are packages in the original box and returned with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS) with proof of purchase.  SATM will not be held accoutnable for anything that is lost or damaged in transit.  

In order for us to process your return, we MUST receive paperwork that includes your name and invoice number in the return package.  

As soon as your return is processed, we will grant you a store credit for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items and the customer is responsible for any return shipping/handling fees. Please note that we do not accept any exchanges on special orders or personalized pieces.

SHIPPING

SATM Jewelry will add shipping/handling fees and applicable sales tax to each purchase. Our listed products are available while supplies last. Upon receipt of your online order, the company will respond with a verification email to accept or decline your order. SATM Jewelry reserves the right to decline your order, limit your order or refuse customer service at any time. 

LOST PACKAGES

SATM Jewelry is not responsible for packages once they have been retrieved by mail couriers.  We cannot be held accountable for delays or damages ensued in transit. SATM Jewelry will facilitate a solution should such a problem occur. If an outgoing package is lost in transit, SATM Jewelry will file a claim with the courier and replace your purchase immediately upon claim completion.
